SENIOR CLASS AWARDS CEREMONY
On Thursday 29th March, the parents and family members of the pupils of 5th & 6th
class were treated to a special evening. This night of celebration was in recognition of all the hard work and success the senior pupils have achieved this year. Following their success at the Irish Aid Awards in February, each child was presented with an individual certificate while parents got to view the beautiful crystal trophy as well as photos of the big day in Dublin Castle. Pupils also displayed their individual books written as part of the Write a Book project and were each presented with a certificate of achievement. Parents
were also treated to a variety of power point displays, individual projects and model Famine ships. It was also an opportunity for parents to view art work, class books, poems, stories and our new Self Assessment & Learning Folders.

refreshments and to all who came for such a wonderful celebration!
